Login Troubleshooting

The login is case sensitive, so capitals are important.    Be careful when typing in the User ID and password, that you are keeping the case the same... for example the "H" can not be "h" and a "q" can not be "Q".  a "v" can not be "V", etc.

Cookies: You will need to enable/allow cookies.  so if you block the cookies or your browser is has cookies disabled you will not be able to login.  check your internet browser's settings to make sure cookies are enabled.  To get to the cookie feature in Internet Explorer, go to "tools" , "internet options", "privacy" , "advanced".  From there you can control your cookie settings.

If the above do not work, then another option could be to check the security settings...you may need to temporarily change the security settings to a lower setting. (for internet explorer go to tools, internet options, security and change the settings to medium or lower)

Another option could be the security settings are set to automatically block scripts.  The computer needs to enable cookies. (for internet explorer go to tools, internet options, advanced and make sure scripts are not being blocked)

You may need to make sure that the website is not marked "disallowed" in the site section for cookies.  (for internet explorer go to tools, internet options, privacy, sites, and look for the website..  If it is there then it is being blocked and you should  mark it "allowed")

The problem may be your internet browser...some of the older browsers may not work.  If you suspect this is the problem, you could download a newer version of the browser.

If all of the above do not work, maybe you can try it on another computer.

Requirements for Video Section:

Depending on your internet connection speed and reliability, it could take up to 30 minutes to download the videos.  We therefore recommend that if you are not using DSL or high speed internet you should only visit the AUDIO ONLY pages.

If you can't view or hear the video's you may need to download Windows Media player or if you have Windows Media Player, you may need to update to a newer version.   You can download the program for free on the Windows Media website:   Free Download

Firefox users will need to download Windows Media Player II.  Free Download

Some computer security settings will not allow you to download from the Microsoft site or you may need to install a lower version than 11.0 (see system requirements).  If this happens you can also get a free download at these sites: Cnet Download Center  or CV Download Center
